Solution 2: Clear Browsing Data

  1. Open the Mozilla Browser and click on the menu located at the upper right, there click on Options
  2. On the left side, you should see a list of sections, click on Privacy & Security
  3. Scroll down until your the History section, and there click on Clear History

  5. Below, check all the boxes in the History section, you can check the boxes on Data and finally click on Clear Now
