How to Make Google my Homepage on Windows (10, 8, 7)

Every time you open your web browser, a page opens automatically.

In many cases, it may be a blank page titled New tab, while in other cases predetermined search engines or sites that have been configured as a start page through toolbars or programs that you may have installed.

Well, if what interests you is to make Google your homepage, you have to follow these steps depending on the web browser you use.

#1 Chrome Google: Set Google as Homepage

  1. First, open Google Chrome
  2. Click on Customize and control Google Chrome button (three dots) and select Settings:
  3. Go to the Appearance section
  4. Click on the switch Show home button
  5. Select Enter custom web address and type: google.com and press Enter

Now, you can click on the Home button and go to your Google Homepage

#2 Firefox Quantum: Set Google as Homepage

  1. Open Firefox Quantum
  2. Click on the Open menu button and select Options
  3. In the General section scroll down to Homepage
  4. There type google.com and press Enter

#3 Microsoft Edge: Set Google as Homepage

  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Click on the Settings and more button or press Alt + X and select Settings
  3. Click on the drop-down menu in Open Microsoft Edge with and select A specific page or pages
  4. Type google.com and click on the Save button

That all, now reopen Microsoft Edge to see your new Homepage

#4 Internet Explorer: Set Google as Homepage

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to the General Tab
  3. In the Home page section, type google.com
  4. Click on Apply and Ok

Click on the Home button to test your new Homepage

As easy as that you can change your Homepage to Google.
