OneDrive is an excellent app regarding cloud storage thanks to its security, robustness, and accessibility from anywhere.
The default folder is found on the C drive of our computer, sometimes you backup or save to many files on your C drive and this slow down your computer performance.
Today we will see how to move OneDrive folder from the C drive to another drive without any problem and preserving all our files.

First, look at the OneDrive icon located in the notification area, then right-click on it and select Settings
The following window will open. There you must click on Unlink this PC to sign out from your OneDrive account
Now, go to the path where locates the OneDrive folder:
Step #2: Move OneDrive Folder
Select your OneDrive folder in the File Explorer, now at the top menu, click on Move to > Choose Location
In the window that opens, select your new OneDrive folder location and finally click on Move. You need to wait some minutes if you have multiple files.
Step #3: Link OneDrive Account
Once the folder has been moved open OneDrive, double-click on the icon in the notification area.
There, enter your email address and password, then click on Change Location
Now you need to select the folder where you move OneDrive. A warning appears about files already existing on that location (certainly), click on Use this location
Once your new folder location is ready, you can click on Next to apply the changes.
