There you must create a new DWORD value by right-clicking on some blank space and selecting the option New / DWORD (32 bits) value, name it SystemComponent.
Now proceed to edit this value by double-clicking on it or by and in the displayed window set its value to one (1). Click on OK to save the changes.
Now you can access the Control Panel again and you will see that the selected app has been hidden.
If you want to restore the default values, you can delete the created DWORD value by right-clicking on it and selecting the Delete option.
